The ultimate for complete relaxation. This holistic treatment focuses on the back, face and scalp but also incorporates the legs and arms. It may help to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage, headache and migraine tension, muscular aches, skin condition and arthritis. The treatment is as unique as you are so you can dictate your specific needs and concerns. Kate will blend essential oils accordingly so you can be assured this is a truly bespoke service. Because this particular treatment is 105 minutes in duration you cannot help but feel supremely relaxed and re-energised.

If you have already had an aromatherapy treatment the duration will be 6o minutes and £45.

This treatment encompasses the whole of the back including neck and shoulders and part of the scalp. It is tailored to your individual needs Kate will select oils that will suit both your mind and body on that particular day. It can be carried out with or without The Hydrotherm System at no extra cost. Please read notes above to explain in more detail about Hydrotherm. If you have already had an aromatherapy treatment with Kate the duration will be 60 minutes and £45.

This treatment incorporates the most important parts of the aromatherapy massage- the face and back. The face includes very specific scalp techniques and excellent massage movements that help with circulation and lymphatic drainage. The back includes the whole of the back concentrating on key areas of tension around the trapezius and scapula. Kate will mix a personal blend of essential oils unique to your specific needs on that day.

This is Kate's newest addition to the Clinics menu. Following 6 months of intensive training Kate can now offer a new dimension to the nurturing art of massage. Warm, water-filled cushions, cradle your body, easing strain on muscles and assisting in spinal alignment.

All the benefits of traditional massage but without the normal challenges - no turning over, no uncomfortable face-cradles. Without doubt this is a more effective, deeper massage and because the body is supported by
the water, it is less painful. Kate will custom blend essential oils specifically for your needs on that day. Ideal for pregnant clients (see Aromatherapy Hydrotherm Massage), post surgery, tender breasts, or clients who just feel uncomfortable lying on their abdomen.

There is no extra cost involved with the Hydrotherm- it is something you may choose on the day of your treatment. I suppose you'd just call it a Value Added Service that makes the One2oneclinic stand apart from the rest!
